In short

You don't need to give your name, ID number or contact details to check your benefits. FormoMama doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising.

Your answers to the benefit check

Your answers and results are kept in your own browser's storage so you can come back to them. They are not sent to FormoMama's servers. Use "Start over" on the results page to clear them.

Formo AI

When you ask Formo AI a question, your question, your answers to the form and the recent conversation are sent to our server and to our AI provider to generate a reply. FormoMama does not store the content of your conversations. Please don't include names, ID numbers or other personal details in your questions.

Usage limits and technical logs

To keep the beta available, we count how many questions are asked from each network address per day. This count isn't linked to your identity and is cleared when the service restarts. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and reliability.

Contact form

Your name and email are optional. We keep your message so the team can read it and reply, and use it for nothing else.

Feedback on your results

If you tap a rating, we save it together with the answers you gave to the form (age group, stage, number of children, residency, county), the benefits that were shown and a random visit number. We do not save your name, and we never save what you type to Formo AI. If you add a comment or an email address, we keep them so the team can read your comment and reply. Ratings are stored in the team’s private spreadsheet.

Visit statistics

To see how the beta is used, we count page visits and clicks. We use no cookies and store no IP address or name.
